One or more cosmetic or pharmaceutically acceptable vehicles (e.g. a toothpaste or mouth wash) contain an antibody or antibody fragment which binds to a target site, plus one or more further antibodies or antibody fragments which collectively are able to bind the agent to the first antibody. In use the immunological binding attaches the agent to the target site and chemical conjugation does not need to be used. In a preferred system two co-operating enzymes are bound in close proximity.
