(RD1-RDn), a keyboard (110) generating function key signal, a voice circuit (130) linked to the computer to generating voice alarm by a speaker (SP), a ladder circuit (140) linked to an output sect. (D0-D9) of the computer to generate ladder signal, a number of comparators (A1-An) linked to an input sect. (RD1-RDn) of the computer and n units of the sensing sect. to compare the output of the sensing sect. with the output of the ladder circuit and the convert into the digital signal to be inputted to the input section.
