Cardboard blank cutting folding and grooving apparatus - uses suction cutting and grooving rollers to form corrugated double folded blanks

An endless longitudinally folded carboard web is fed continuously between two cutting rollers, one (307) with flush cutting blades adjacent to clearance grooves for the projecting cutting blades of the second roller (332). Both rollers have channels connected to sequentially operated suction holes, and the cut pieces (N3) are folded transversly, passed to grooving rollers (330,360) assisted by a pressure roller (334). These rollers have circumferential ribs (350,362) and the grooves blanks pass to a blade (374) alternately tilted to deliver them to two receiving positions (40e) where batches (TO) are formed, for passing to take-off conveyors.
