The products contain an acidic solution of pH 4.5 which contains at least 0.5 - 5.0 % by weight of amitriptyline oxide, and a second solution which contains about 0.1 to about 3 % of buffer substance in an amount such that the acid in the first solution is neutralised by addition of the second solution, and the two solutions are combined shortly before administration parenterally as combination product for the therapy of depressions.
