The code change circuit reliably converts even the figure 81 from dual code into a BCD-8421-code. It contains an extra branch circuit (7), which is capable to branch-off the figure 10 already in the inputs region. Pref. the branch circuit becomes effective only, when the value 4 appears twice, and when the value 2 appears once at one of the two extra inputs. The figure 16 is typically used as the branching base such that the values 4 and 2 can be branched simultaneously. An additional voltagee (8) may be provided, delivering the figure 80 directly from the product figure 81. ADVANTAGE - Facility for use as complementary circuit for position multiplying circuit.
