Virus modified tumour specific vaccine - contains immunostimulating substances, and is used in immuno-therapy of tumours

Virus-modified, tumour specific vaccine, obtd. by sepg. irradiated tumour cells, incubated with NDV-virus under sterile conditions in a serum free medium (P3806565.7), contains one or more immunostimulating substances, pref. cytokines, immunomodulating substances, prostaglandin-inhibitor as well as haematopoietic factors and/or anti-suppressives. Also claimed is a kit in two parts, comprising the vaccine and the immunostimulating factor in a ratio of 1:1000. USE/ADVANTAGE - A combination of specific and non-specific antigens is possible. An autologous tumour antigen is optimally presented and dosed by optimally stimulated tumour specific T-lymphocytes. In an example, tumour antigen interferon-alpha and beta and/or NDV is used in the stimulation of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes.
