The device fastens a dental prosthesis to the crown of an adjacent natural tooth. It consists of two discs (14, 15) with each disc having an annular groove. The two discs (14, 15) are fastened together on each side of the locking member (10) by means of a central bolt (19). The locking member has circumferential ridges (11, 12) which fit in the annular grooves of the discs (14, 15). These ridges (11, 12) are interrupted by a radial slot. A first slot (21) in the peripheral walls of the discs (14, 15) provides the operating space for the actuating arm (2). A second slot (13) engages a projection from the crown of the natural tooth and the end portion (10) of the ridges (11, 12) engages a hole in the crown projection. USE - Dental prosthesis.
