The axle suspension (2, 2'), esp. for land vehicle rear axles (3), supports a vehicle body (1) w.r.t. an axle or chassis member. When cornering for instance, the mount allows a limited transverse displacement of the body w.r.t. the axle or chassis. At the same time, a guide member (11) between the axle or chassis and body forces the body to roll slightly in an opposing direction to the transverse motion. USE/ADVANTAGE - Improved driving comfort of vehicle with a relatively simple, low cost construction.
