A handle (3), located beneath the centre of gravity of the aiming device (1), contains an electric motor with an attachment to accommodate a supporting rod (5) inserted into the handle. Pref., the main tube/pipe (9) of the device (1) includes external grooves (8) along the length to home extra rods (5). The electric motor (4) is controlled by sensors (11) and a computer (12) and provides rotation pulses to control movement of the device (1) around rod (5).
