A torque measurement arrangement contains a rotation elastic element (27) which connects a coaxial driven (5) and drive (7) shaft. The elastic element consists of two open spring rings whose axes are parallel to each other and equidistant on either side of the common shaft axis. The spring ring axes and common shaft axis lie in a single plane. One open end of each spring ring is connected to the driven shaft and the other to the drive shaft. USE/ADVANTAGE - Accurately measuring torque between driven and drive shaft, even for small rotation angles.
