Instead of applying a curette, cutter or laser for protective removal of diseased deposits an abrasive probe (1) is inserted in the affected duct and/or cavity (8), e.g. womb, for therapy. A large part of the necessary power or wave energy is provided by extracorporal generator(s) via non-invasive or contactless coupling under control. A multitude of fine gas bubbles or microspheres (4) are distributed for automatic focusing or amplification of the extracorporal wave energy. A non-buckling yet bendable axial rod (2) is provided for protective abrasion of an artery, e.g. atheromatous arteriosclerosis or coronarsclerosis. USE/ADANTAGE - Diseased changes protectively removed even in sensitive organs.
