A body liq. (I) recovered from an immune deficient animal with a xenogenous transplant, which contains a homogeneous biological substance (II) of an individual genetic basis originating from the transplant, can be used for diagnostic purposes. USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) can be used in monitoring the after care of cancer patients by determining the antigen content, and constructing a standard curve for comparison with the antigen content in the patients body liq.
