The tanker vehicle is adapted for travel by road or rail. It incorporates a rotary frame (12) with a crown section (13/14). The lower part of the crown is fitted with magnets (21) which can be lowered into parallel contact with the rails (7) to create a firm grip. USE/ADVANTAGE - Tanker for emptying drains of mud and water and so having a varying centre of gravity which can be operated on rails without the danger of overbalancing.
