Message segment transmission circuit between subscriber stations - separates portion of address from each message segment forwarded to common path for all transmission operations

In each transmission path an intermediate distribution station incorporates a link (e.g. L1) from a receiver (E) to a transmitter (S). An address filter (AF) stores the first part of the address in a memory (AS) read out by a line controller (LSE) to a bus system (BU1). The bus controller (LST1) directs the message segment including the remainder of the address from a reception memory (ES) to the controller of the tranmsission memory (SS) of each link. ADVANTAGE - Higher transmission rates can be used on more capacious channels with circuit suited to all types of messages and traffic conditions.
