Power output setting circuitry for microwave therapy - provides each patient with own branch circuit comprising radiator, attenuator and power setter

The circuitry has at least a second alternator (16) branching from the microwave generator (10) and connected via a second device to a second microwave radiator (23). The second device is used for adjusting mismatch and therefore the power at its radiator (23). The microwave generator is connected to the inputs of two alternators (15,16) each of which is coupled via its own mismatch-adjusting device (17,18) to its own radiator (22,23). Each radiator serves one patient. The patient adjust the irradiation power by adjusting the mismatch-device associated with his radiator. The mismatch devices may be sliding short circuits. USE/ADVANTAGE - Max. number of patients can be treated simultaneously from min. number of microwave sources.
