The hollow needle (32) can be pushed forward by spring force, whilst the stiletto (12), prior to the forward movement of the needle, can be pushed backwards by spring force. The retention bodies (11,31) for the needle and stiletto can be clamped together against the spring forces acting on them. A tension part (71) has extensions (79,81), relatively spaced apart, for engaging the retention bodies. These bodies have lateral holes with through grooves for admission of a rod (72) of the tension part (71). A lever (53) has a nose formation for holding the stiletto (12) in an active clamped position. -
