The measurement arrangement for the S-parameter of a four-pole circuit contains a reference signal phase converter connected between the reference output of a three-channel UHF signal power divided and the input of a UHF signal selector for selection according to the S-parameters. The signal selector and a display-computer unit have connected synchronising inputs and outputs. The selector has amplitude modulators with associated modulation voltage generators and homodyne detectors. USE/ADVANTAGE - Suitable for rectifiers, mixers, attenuators and damping elements, with max. noise signal suppression.
