The filter's capactive matching circuits at input and output enclose the 5 series elements, 3 or which are parallel-resonant while the other 2 which connect them are capactive. Four parallel elements are parallel-resonant and the remaining 2 capactive , these latter being placed at the input. Minimal fluctuations in frequency response ease input- and output-matching requirements. USE/ADAVNTAGE - H.f. operating range, good selectively, symmetrical frequency roll-off, small insertion loss, parallel inductors can be assigned practical fixed values.
