The fragrance is contained within microcapsules, held firmly in the woven fabric and/or its fibres by a bonding agent, together with a disinfectant agent in the microcapsules. The active agent, fragrance and delivery agent are incorporated in microcapsules to be applied to the fabric as a fluid and bloating in a fluid, or in powder form. The microcapsules can be distributed in a spray from an aerosol can. ADVANTAGE - The process gives the material a pleasant smell, even when it has been used extensively for cleaning purposes.
