The amplitude of the vibrations amounts to about 2-10 microns, and the frequency is in the range of 100-250 Hz. The control approaches a rectangular wave pulse, as close as possible. Six or eight point Braille elements (3) are arranged successively to form lines (4). An image plate/text page (5) is produced from any number of lines (4). The vibrations are scanned by the finger tips. ADVANTAGE - Smallest amplitude of oscillation can be detected.
