Reinforced concrete single room building - incorporates open front soffit aligned with wall inner surface

The single layer wall reinforcement (20) of both walls (3) consists of a profiled door post located in the wall cross-section. One of the profile sides is aligned with the inner wall limit (22). The post profile (14-18) is hollow and has an aperture (19) to accommodate the face-side end of the single layer wall reinforcement (20). The post profile is U-shape with flanges (17,18) of the profile legs (14,15) inwardly angled, and the profile width is approximately two thirds of the wall thickness. The posts are joined to other reinforcements in a reinforcement basket. USE - Pref. as a prefabricated garage of monolithic structure.
