A membrane-controlled differential pressure regulator valve has a regulator housing contg. a valve seat and a valve plate connected via a piston rod to a membrance dividing a chamber into minus (8) and plus (10) press. chambers. A spring arrangement biassing the membrane away from the seat consists of one coil spring (9) in the minus chamber supported on the regulator housing and membrane plates (17,19) and another (11) in the plus chamber supported on the membrane plates and an axially movable plate (12) with an actuator spindle (14). USE/ADVANTAGE - Esp, for hot water heating system. Internal spring mounting is achieved without degrading adjustability.
