The bus-bar (40) is gripped by a leaf spring (31') between the hook (20") into which the spring is slotted and the underside of the housing (10). The countersunk screw (30) securing the hook (20") to the housing (10) passes through a distance piece (33) selected from a range corresp. to various thicknesses of bus-bar (40). Alternatively the standard hook and selected distance piece are replaced by a range of unitary devices combining both elements. USE/ADVANTAGE - Bus-bars of different thickness can be secured at uniform spacing with positive contact by easily and quickly assembled arrangement.
