Sailboard fin-mounting adaptor - has recess of cross=section matching fin shank and fits in bottom recess

The adaptor is for mounting a fin with shank of smaller cross-section in a wider and deeper box-shaped recess in the underside of a sailboard. The adaptor (4) has a recess (5), whose cross-section at right angles to the travel direction matches that of the shank (6). The external contour (8) of the adaptor can be trapezium-shaped, matching that of the box-shaped recess. USE/ADVANTAGE - Easy interchangeability of sailboard fins of different dimensions.
