The line filter has several first inductors (LLa) between the current line (L) and the neutral line (N). A first X-capacitor (Cx1) lies between the current and neutral lines on the load side of the first inductors. Several second inductors (LLd) lie between the current and neutral lines on the load side of the X-capacitor. A Y-capacitor (Cy2) lies between the current and earth lines and between the neutral and earth lines on the load side of the second inductors. The Y-capacitor forms a common-mode filter between the first and second inductors. The inductors include balanced coils (L1,L2).
