At least part of the heated air produced by the plant is recycled to pass through the heating assembly (7) of the plant. The plant includes an extractor fan (4) whose turbulent exhaust flow is divided to form two linear flows. The larger of the two linear flows is passed via a valved conduit (9) back to the heating equipment. The smaller flow, controlled to be the minimum necessary to remove drying vapours, is passed via another valved conduit (10) to atmosphere. ADVANTAGE - Reduced heat loss to atmosphere.
