The subject of the present invention is a dental tool. It is characterised by the formation of a block consisting of two parts and capable of opening and closing with the aid of two double columns of two springs. The centre of the tool is drilled with an opening of a clearly specified diameter. Formed on the narrow edge of the tool is an inside recess receiving a small tool or knife capable of adjustment in terms of depth, and a stop element which is likewise adjustable; this permits the passage of a dental post and formation thereon of one or more circles in the shape of a V or of any other figure depending on the grinding of the knife.
