The present invention relates to a process for the granulation of inorganic compounds which are difficult to granulate or agglomerate and especially phosphal and its potassium derivatives, natural phosphates and their potassium derivatives, normal superphosphate enriched in SO3 by introduction of gypsum or phosphogypsum, or phosphate compounds partially soluble in ammonium citrate at neutral pH 7 and their potassium derivatives.
