New compound for producing a resin with bioactive properties and process for preparing this compound

Process for the preparation of reactive organic compounds providing bioactive, especially bactericidal and fungicidal properties and possessing functional groups permitting their incorporation into the formulation of polymers especially by polycondensation or polyaddition (such as polyurethanes or polyesters) so as to constitute synthetic resins which can be used in the form of binders, films, foam or moulded products and exhibiting the said bioactive properties, of the type in which the bioactive agent consists of a quaternary ammonium group, characterised in that quaternary ammonium functional groups are grafted onto a primary polymer of low molecular mass and comprising vinyl groups, and in that the addition of each of the quaternary ammonium functional groups is performed onto a vinyl group by at least one hydrosilylation reaction.
