The invention relates to a belt to be positioned around the stomach, the abdominal muscles contracted. When the stomach relaxes, a sound is triggered in the belt, thereby warning the user to contract the abdominal belt again. It consists of an adjustable strap 8, supporting a belt casing 1 comprising a buzzer 2 connected via a wire to the batteries 3 making contact by means of a blade 4 with the sliding ring 5 when the stomach is relaxed.
