The subject of the invention is a game of skill similar to a catapult or sky-rocket composed of a means acting as a ballast, such as at least two balls arranged at the end of a length of rope, which, after whirling around, enables the game, which is also known as a sky-rocket, to be thrown. It is composed of a sky-rocket and of a target 10; the sky-rocket consists of a length of rope 1, at the end of which are arranged two balls 3 and 4 made from hard heavy material so as to act as ballast and to prevent rebound of the said ballast; these balls 3, 4 are pierced with an axial hole which makes it possible to slip them onto the length of rope 1; these two balls are held on the length of rope 1 between two knots.
