The invention relates to a bandage device emitting electromagnetic waves at high pulsed frequencies, with an athermal effect, capable of being placed directly on the area to be treated for localised and continuous application. It consists of a miniaturised circuit (1) producing pulsed electrical signals at high pulsed frequency, connected to an antenna for emitting a pulsed, high-frequency magnetic field, the assembly comprises and is linked to a miniaturised electrical power supply (3). The face of the antenna placed in contact with the area to be treated includes an antiseptic part (4) as well as an adhesive strip (5), on its periphery, for holding the bandage on the area to be treated.
