P This method which consists: BR/ - to deposit in a mold (1,2) a first element (8,9); BR/ - to deposit in this mold a second element (11,12); BR/ - to close the mold; BR/ - then to inject between these two elements reactants intended to react to form a foam that expands in situ; BR/ - then to cool the contents of the mold; BR/ - and finally, to open the mold to remove the complex structure, BR/ is characterized: BR/ - in that a tubular sheath (10) is inserted between the first and the second assembly, in plastic stretching, BR/ - and in that the reagents of the foam are injected into said sheath (10), which stretches, until it comes to press the elements against the walls of the mold (1, 2).
