The process is characterised in that: - a determined mass of a homogeneous dispersion of the said particles in a liquid bath of the said metal is first of all placed in a casting ladle, the said dispersion, referred to as the initial one, having the composition of the composite to be manufactured and being subjected to stirring - a casting station is next fed continuously and at a determined flow rate from the said ladle whose level is kept relatively constant by simultaneous addition of the said particles in the solid state and of the said metal in the liquid state in a proportion corresponding to that of the composite to be manufactured. This process finds its application in the continuous manufacture of composite bullets in which the particles are dispersed homogeneously.
