Device for collection and industrial farming of spats of fixed molluscs - shellfish cultivation. The invention makes it possible to industrially collect fixed spats and to industrially exploit shell-fish with optimal, rational and reproducible methods by creating an acceleration of the feeding flow at will and allowing any control thereof without difficulty. It consists of a concrete base (1) carrying three vertical frames (2) spaced by E = Lcos( alpha ). Mutually parallel cross-brackets (4) spaced by a constant value h support flat or corrugated plates (5) intended for collecting and rearing the molluscs. The angle of incidence alpha can be adjusted by offsetting e in elevation the brackets fixed respectively on opposed frames as a function of the chosen angle. This offset is given by e = Lsin( alpha ). The device according to the invention is in particular intended for industrial shellfish cultivation in open sea. IMAGE
