Interosseous dental implant, for total edentulous mandible

Implant with its grille 11, coated with its resin, bearing on the alveolar crest 8 and supporting, on its upper part, the artificial teeth 12 and 13 and, on its lower part, the posts 14 and 15, having longitudinal axes extending those of the teeth. The latter serve as pillars for a normal prosthesis, the said axes forming between them an acute angle alpha. The posts fit against the internal surfaces of the corresponding alveoli, the assembly thereby providing a reliable fixation and also permitting the desired physiological damping with the dental ligament.
