A generated vapor in the protector 8 is cooled by a cooler 11, passes through a temperature sensor 17 and a pressure sensor 18, is filtered by a filter 13, and led to a control valve 14 and a solenoid valve 15. The temperature sensor 17 detects a fluid temperature of the downstream of the cooler 11, and a temperature control device 19 controls the control valve 14 by a temperature detecting signal of the temperature sensor 17. The generated vapor is cooled to a set temperature or below by the cooler 11, liquified, passes through the control valve 14 and the solenoid valve 15, is discharged to the outside, and collected.
