IMMUNOASSAY TESTING TOOL HAVING THREAD-SHAPED CONTRAST ELEMENT AND TESTING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a tester and test method for representing the presence, negativeness and positiveness of an analytical object visually with '+' or '-'pattern in an immunity test method. CONSTITUTION: A tester consists of (1) a perforated solid support having a test surface capable of solidifying an analytical object in a liquid test mixture and osmosing a liquid test medium and allowing the solidified analytical object to generate an optical response in response to a reagent system on the test surface and (2) threads, making liquid contact with the test surface, stretched over the test surface and containing a contrast reagent generating an optical response on the thread separately from the presence of the analytical object in the test medium in response to at least one component of the reagent system.
