BLOCK WORK FOR CONSOLIDATION OF FOUNDATION OF NATURAL STONE

PURPOSE:To utilize the space between natural stones as fish bank as well as prevent the run-off of sand and soil in the surrounding by reducing the flow rate of water in the surrounding food-protection block by a method in which natural stones are fixed to the base of concrete blocks by partially projecting them from the upside of the base to form the natural stone-foot protection blocks on the river bed. CONSTITUTION:Anchor holes 4 are formed in the downside of natural stone and an adhesive 5 is packed into the holes 4 to set anchors 2 of reinforcing bar. Natural stones are fixed to the upside of concrete block base 3 through the anchors 2 by partially exposing them to make up a natural stone-foot protection block A. Coupling projected lines 7 are formed on left and right-handed both sides of the base 3 and coupling grooves 8 to couple with the coupling projected lines are formed on back and forth both ends. The blocks A are placed on the river bed by coupling the lines 7 and with the groove 8 to construct a foot protection work. The flow rate of water around the block A can thus be reduced, the run-off of sand can also be prevented, and the space between natural stones can be utilized as fish bank.
