PURPOSE:To increase the amplitude of an inertia element and thereby improve performance by using a spring force or its reactionary force generated by a crank mechanism with an elastic connecting rod which sags in an axial direction which acts as a drive spring action and thereby driving the inertia element. CONSTITUTION:An inertia element 2 which is a trough in a drive feeder, a hammer in a hammering machine and a ram in a punch press is supported by a spring 5, and one end of a drive spring which is an elastic connecting rod 4 is attached to a crank pin 32. Then the inertia element 2 is driven by a spring force generated by forced displacement of a crank arm 31 of a crank mechanism connected to a drive motor built in a main system 1. As a result, transport speed is accelerated in an oscillation feeder and fabrication capacity is increased in a hammering machine and a punch press by enhancing the amplitude of the inertia element 2.
