APPARATUS FOR THERMALLY DISSOLVING AND MELTING REACTION TYPE THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RESIN

PURPOSE:To uniformly fill the air contact part of the resin in a melting vessel witch a small amount of inert gas by supplying inert gas to the preheating melting vessel from the upper part and side wall thereof through the supply line in an inert gas sealing means. CONSTITUTION:In a preheating melting vessel 1, the upper part above a protruding part 11 is set to the receiving space 12 of a solid reaction type thermoplastic synthetic resin-replacing container B and the lower part below the protruding part 11 is set to a temporary storage space 13 and a heat source 14 is embedded in a side wall l'. Further, a high temp. melting vessel 2 is equipped with a recessed storage place 18 thermally melting the thermoplastic synthetic resin and a heat source 19 is embedded in the vessel 2. In addition a heating plate 30 is provided to a lid body 3 and an exterior heat insulating member 9 is arranged thereto. An inert gas sealing means 4 is constituted of a supply line 43 supplying inert gas to the preheating melting vessel 1 from the upper part and side wall thereof and an exhaust line 44 discharging inert gas in the melting vessel 1. Further, in a B coating means 7, the molten resin can be sent to a heat hose 6 by the gear pump 5 to which a servo motor 24 is connected.
