METHOD FOR BURNING CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PART, BURNING FURNACE AND APPARATUS FOR BURNING

PURPOSE:To obtain a burned product of constant quality without any dispersion by loading ceramic electronic parts onto loading parts of setters arranged in a burning furnace and burning the aforementioned parts while leading a gas from the outside through specific routes into the loading parts. CONSTITUTION:A burning furnace is provided with a burning chamber 4 having a hearth 6, a pedestal plate 7 and setters 8 and the burning chamber 4 is divided into the upper and lower parts with the hearth 6 to form the upper chamber 41 and the lower chamber 42. A communicating hole 61 for communicating the upper chamber 41 with the lower chamber 42 is simultaneously formed. Ceramic electronic parts are loaded onto loading parts 81 of the setters 8 and burned while passing a gas introduced from the outside of the burning furnace through an introduction passage 12 into the lower chamber 42 through the communicating hole 61, a through-hole 71 formed in the pedestal plate 7 and passages 82 provided in the setters 8 and leading the gas to the loading parts 81 of the setters 8. The aforementioned burning method is especially effective in burning the ceramic electronic products having a base metallic conductor (e.g. copper or nickel).
