摘要

PURPOSE:To keep a reinforcing effect of a slop for a long period of time by spraying a quick-hardening urethane material having rubber elasticity, the elongation of which is more than designated, to a slope to form an urethane film having a designated thickness in such a manner as to closely adhere to the whole surface or a part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A spray material to be used has a low viscosity, and basically a two-liquid system used without a solvent is used. As A liquid, prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the terminal is used, and as a B liquid, a composition obtained by mixing high polymer polyether with a high reactive cross linking agent and a hardening catalyst is used, and the dry to touch time is adjusted within one minute to be used in the quick-hardening state. The quick- hardening urethane material is, if the mechanical constraint and low-temperature application are needed, decreased in the viscosity by using a small quantity (about less than 20%) of a solvent. At the time of spraying a quick-hardening urethane material, the elongation of which is more than 100%, an urethane film having a thickness of 0.5-10mm is made closely adhere to the surface.
