STEAM TURBINE MAIN STEAM PIPE STAND DEVICE IN COMPOUND POWER GENERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum power generating efficiency in the whole of a plant without renewing the present steam turbine even when the present gas turbine is renewed with a gas turbine whose future performance is improved in a compound power generating plant. CONSTITUTION:Main steam inlet pipe stands 14 for supplying main steam whose amount is increased when a gas turbine is switched to a further high performance gas turbine into a steam turbine of the same volume flow amount as the case of the present gas turbine, are provided beforehand on main steam pipe stands 12, 13 for supplying main steam meeting the present gas turbine into the steam turbine, and the main steam inlet pipe stand 14 is sealed until the gas turbine is switched.
