PURPOSE:To provide high strength of a box girder by brazing a honeycomb panel itself, and weld-jointing respective panels of the box girder combined in a square shape to each other with a corner steelwork for integration of the whole box girder. CONSTITUTION:At the inside of completely integrated panels A, B brazed by combining a honeycomb core and a face plate by brazing sheet of aluminum alloy, backing materials 1 are welded respectively along one end on longitudinal side. Next, the face plates of the panels A, B are welded to each other from the openings in four corners formed so as to make the ends on the side where no backing materials 1 exist in the panels A, B come into contact with each other. Besides, it is engaged with an opening 2, and collars are protruded from both the ends. Also, corner metallic parts 4 of arc-shaped section which make the collars 3 come into contact with the surfaces of the panels A, B are engaged with the openings, and the collars 3 of the corner metallic parts 4 and the surfaces of the respective panels A, B are welded to each other.
