PURPOSE:To reduce the number of component parts, reduce the cost and save the energy for parts management by a method wherein a high pressure air chamber is formed by a high pressure casing having a discharging port frame and a static vane plate having an aeration port at its central part and extended at its outer circumference to the discharging port frame of the high pressure casing. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure casing 1 having a discharging port frame 1a is provided. A static vane plate 2 having at its central part an aeration port 2a and forming a discharging port 3 with its part of an outer circumference being extended toward a discharging port frame 1a of the high pressure casing 1 is provided. A low pressure casing 4 formed into a substantial cup-shape is provided. The high pressure casing 1, the static vane plate 2 and the low pressure casing 4 are integrally fixed by screws. In turn, a high pressure vane 5 positioned inside the high pressure casing 1 and a low pressure vane 6 is positioned inside the low pressure casing 4 are fixed to a rotary shaft of an electric motor 7 fixed by screws to the high pressure casing 1. With such an arrangement, the high pressure air chamber can be formed only with the high pressure casing 1 and the static vane plate 2 and it can be constituted with a less number of component parts.
