AETHETIC BRACKET AND AETHETIC ARCH WIRE

PURPOSE:To enable utilization of a better nature of a metal brackets as it is and to further meet aethetic requirements by bonding a resin, ceramics or fine ceramics so that the metal surface of a metal bracket is turned to white or tooth-crown color. CONSTITUTION:A metal bracket C and an arch wire D undergoes a sand blasting treatment, are washed by alcohol and dried. A tin electrodeposition or an anode oxidation processing is performed and PANABIA EX and an opaque resin material are applied. Glycerine or an air shielding material is applied and subjected to photopolymerization for 30sec. Then, the surface thereof is washed by water and alcohol and dried. A surface glossing material is applied and subjected to photopolymerization for 90sec. Thereafter, a light polishing with a brush is performed. This enables the utilization of a better nature of the metal bracket C or the metal arch wire D and further meets aethetic requirements.
