DATE/TIME CONTROL METHOD FOR DECENTRALIZED FILE SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To maintain unification of time with a local machine by measuring the date/time of a remote machine in order to calculate the difference from the date/time of the local machine and adding this time difference to the date/ time of the file of the remote machine CONSTITUTION:Both the local and remote machines produce the files (a)/(c) and (b)/(c) respectively at the same time. The date/time of the remote machine is measured and the difference alpha of date/time is calculated between the remote and local machines. Then this difference alpha is added to the date/time of the file of the remote machine. That is, the local machine displays the date/time added with the difference when counting the date/time of the file of the remote machine. Thus the unification of time in the local machine can be maintained.
