QUANTITATIVE DISTRIBUTION OF TEA LEAF TO HOPPER OF FINAL TEA ROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide two kinds of tea leaves distribution method from an intermediate tea roller to the final tea roller hoppers (a method by metering the amount each corresponding to one hopper, and the other method by equally dividing the amount corresponding to one intermediate tea roller into several hoppers). CONSTITUTION:A storage tank equipped with a quantitative delivery device is metered with a weighing sensor, and tea leaves are fed from an intermediate into this tank and distributed, while metering, through a conveyor into final tea roller hoppers. By the present method, metering values can be set with a remote control technique and the methods for distribution can be selected by switching operation.
