BAR END MATERIAL AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE AND BAR END MATERIAL WELDING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To reuse a bar material having a little welding strain by holding the bar end material with chuck at tip part of synchronous rotary shaft on the concentrical axis, automatically synchronizing each devices of rotary drying and weld-cooling and welding while varying to slow/quick velocity and strong/ weak force. CONSTITUTION:To each tip part of a shaft 3 supported so as to synchronously rotate in mutually concentrically axes on a basis 2, chucks 9 opening as mutually facing arc fitted as attachable/detachable and welding apparatus 20 providing cooling function from side part between the chucks 9, 9 is faced, and the automatic welding machine 1 is constituted with linkage so as to work as synchronizing each device of rotary driving and weld-cooling in slow/quick velocity and strong/weak force in order. By this method, the bar end material produced with lathe working is welded and connected in order and the material can be again realized to the lathe work.
